Is this free, and do I need an account?
It is free and there is no account or sign-up. Everything runs in your browser.
Are my measurements saved or sent anywhere?
No. The calculators run entirely in your browser. Your measurements are never sent to a server or stored, and closing the page clears them.
How are the shapes decided?
Each calculator compares your measurements as simple ratios, such as waist to hips or face length to cheekbone width. There is no universal standard, so the cutoffs follow the most common conventions in styling guides. The rules are shown on each calculator page and on the about page.
Is a shape a judgement about my body or face?
No. Shape names describe proportion only. They say nothing about health, weight, fitness or attractiveness. They are a starting point for choosing clothes, glasses and hairstyles, and your own taste comes first.
